Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are intended for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use. By purchasing from Zytheralabs, you confirm that you are a qualified individual or entity authorized to handle research chemicals and that you understand the potential hazards associated with their use.

You acknowledge that improper use of any product could result in harm and agree to take full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and disposal of any materials purchased.

Ordering

  • All products on this site are sold strictly as research chemicals intended for laboratory research, scientific study, and in-vitro testing only.
  • Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, or any form of self-experimentation.
  • Buyer accepts all responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of research chemicals.
  • No medical claims are made by Zytheralabs. None of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • Buyers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
  • Zytheralabs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, fraudulent payment, or inability to verify the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payments

All payments are processed through Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or cryptocurrency (via NowPayments). We do not store card or bank information. Orders are not shipped until payment is received and verified.

Payment Terms

  • Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle payments must be received within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Orders not paid within 24 hours are automatically canceled.
  • Your order number must be included in the payment note or memo field when applicable.
  • Payments without a matching order number may be delayed or unable to be confirmed.
  • The amount paid must exactly match the order total. Partial payments are not accepted.
  • For cryptocurrency payments, your order is confirmed automatically once the blockchain transaction receives sufficient confirmations through NowPayments.

Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Next-day delivery applies to business days only.
  • Saturday next-day delivery may be available for qualifying Friday orders placed before 12:00 PM CST.
  • Shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
  • You are responsible for complying with your local laws regarding importation, possession, and use of any product purchased from this site.

Refunds and Order Issues

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. If there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos or details so we can review the situation.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Zytheralabs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product sold on this site.
